Subj: Chosin Reservoir – Activity Warning

The Chosin Reservoir situation continues to escalate, we need all Commanding Officers to put your squads on stand by. We will announce our POA on Wednesday.

Initial details include:

• The need for two attack groups, we will use COMCARSTRKGRU THREE and COMCARSTRKGRU SEVEN. Each group should have 16 squads of up to 40 sailors.
• Campaign is estimated to last three or more months
• Each Squad will have an assigned territory to protect

Full details will be released after the command meeting on Wednesday
