Hopefully Kronos' Vulkan API will change things in the future. I was reading about the possibility of a DX12 compatibility layer in it. Aspyr recently ported (bottled) Bioshock Infinite to Linux/SteamOS. The new Borderlands and Dying Light came out on Linux on release night. Although EA is a tough nut to crack unfortunately.

We've already been down that road before in other threads; I do not have any intention of competing on video games ever again, I play for entertainment now. I do hope to see future generations able to enjoy something that resembles what many got to here prior.

Game looks interesting. Side balance is currently a significant issue the devs must overcome.
