To earn the Pervert trophy/achievement you will need to find Quagmire in Level 5 No Cheese, Please, and once you find him you will need to have "Hung around the room with Quagmire in a baby costume for 30 seconds". So simply hang out in the room with Quagmire as shown in the video and you will earn the Pervert trophy/achievement for Family Guy Back to the Multiverse.
