Indemnification

You hereby agree to indemnify and hold Urgent Fury.com harmless from and against any and all claims, charges, demands, damages, liabilities, losses, expenses, and liabilities of whatever nature and howsoever arising (including, but not limited to, any legal or other professional fees and the costs of defending or prosecuting any claim, any loss of profit, goodwill, and any other direct or consequential loss), incurred or suffered by Urgent Fury.com -- directly or indirectly -- by reason of any act or omission which you commit in breach of these terms and conditions, and the obligations and warranties contained therein.

If you have any copyright concerns about any materials posted on this site ("Urgent Fury.com Site") or any of the sites owned and operated by Urgent Fury Holdings, LLC, by others, please let us know. • Identification of the allegedly infringing material on the Urgent Fury Site ("Infringing Material"), and information reasonably sufficient to permit Urgent Fury to locate such material on the Urgent Fury Site;
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed upon ("Infringed Material"), or if multiple copyrighted works at a single Urgent Fury Site are covered by a single Notice, a list of each copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (please be specific as to which Infringing Material is infringing on which Infringed Material);
• A statement that the Complaining Party has a good faith belief that use of Infringing Material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
• A statement that the information in the Notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the Complaining Party is the owner or is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

User Agreement

General Users

All users of Urgent Fury.com must adhere to the Terms and Conditions as set forth above. For the purpose of this User Agreement a "General User" is one who has not been accepted into the Urgent Fury Tournament ("The Tournament").

Clans / Teams

Clans accepted into "The Tournament" voluntarily relenquish the right to Urgent Fury.com to use your clan name and/or logo for any promotional purposes or merchandise (ie. website, e-mails, advertisements, t-shirts, etc) Any and all profits made on merchandise sold by Urgent Fury.com with your clan name and/or logo will go directly to Urgent Fury.com. By accepting an invitation to participate in "The Tournament" you are automatically bound to the Terms and Conditions and the User Agreement as set forth above. If you do not agree with the Terms and Conditions and User Agreement as set forth, you are to immediately rescind your invitation. Prizes and awards are left at the sole discretion of Urgent Fury.com and winners of "The Tournament" are not guaranteed any prizes or awards.
