I highly doubt this is the best place to ask for this. But I don't know who to PM and I don't know where else to post it. So moderators, please forgive me.

I am looking for help with making a sig. I have PS cs5. I know I have the basics down and I know all the tools very well. I am by no means a beginner GFX designer. However, I just can't seem to get that hi-tech look down. Similar to all the signatures I keep seeing. Especially Violent Revolution clan's signatures. That red and black is fantastic. With the hose and wires. All the depth shapes. It's amazing.

I am asking for help. If you all are willing to work with me. Or point me in the direction to some tutorials or resources. Anything is greatly appreciated. Thank you so much. :D

Welcome to the site,

I will say this the signature templates that are more advanced are created by professional Website design studios. It takes more then tutorials to create signatures such as that. It takes a lot of time and energy to become good enough to make signature templates with depth and contrast such as ours or UF's even VR.

The individual that created the VR sigs goes by the PSN name of whitesky. His website for gaming website design is http://mysticdigital.com/gaming/ . He creates forum skins and designs templates to accompany those skins.

Also Kingdom Interactive like shane pointed out does much of the same. Both of these gentelman charge for their work and it is always top quality. So be prepared to open up your wallet.

THough there are some talented individuals in the sig making department, this type of design is VERY advanced and is beyond, most of the peoples here, ability.

I think that is going to be the most help anyone here will be able to provide. I could be wrong, but I am only trying to stear you in the right direction.

That actual graphic design elements are very detailed but not beyond learning. Learning to shade, lighten, add gradients, bevels, and shadows all add to getting the depth. You can also look into picking up resource packs and pulling layer styles over into other files to get the desired effect. Masking and matting can be a hug help too. I would look up tutorials on creating specific styles, like metals and glass.
