Hello Urgent Fury Revolution,

 

Let me start out by introducing myself, you all can call me Drew. I am an older and laid back gamer and have been in a few larger clans as well as a few up and coming clans. I am trying to start a new concept for the gaming communities and clan founders, to help them with the everyday running of there clans. I'm like that walmart setup crew that comes in and sets up a new store and trains the members untill they are ready and then move on to the next job. I have lots of experience in recruiting,screening and validating new members after they register, HTI instructor training and moving them to the proper squads for there assignment. I'm more or less a clerical work horse. I have researched this over the years and found that clans have there greatest difficulties in these areas. It's not about how many members you have, but the quality of the members that makes a great clan. If there is anything i can do for you please let me know.
