i see that thanksgiving falls on a thursday this year, and was wondering if we will take that night off of the black tournament, or if you are hoping enough players get on that night to commence.

I'm sure if they changed the date of a UF3 meeting because of Super Bowl Sunday, they will change the day of those battles.

Ahh yes I will be too full of turkey, stuffing, mash potato's, gravy, corn, green beens, all the other food and trying to drink an after dinner brew while watching the football game.... To me that is the most relaxing day of the year- As long as the little ones are not allowed in the living room with the grown ups lol

The wars will be moved up earlier in the week. UFB Reps will receive information regarding that as the date becomes a little closer. UF has always accommodated scheduling around holidays, this will be no different.

thanks for the backup red, but in all reality, i just posted that way for two reasons: 1. because i felt like being sarcastic, 2. to see how long it took before someone posted "isn't thanksgiving always on thursday?".

 

of the 8 responses to this post, 2 of them actually had anything to do with my question, 4 about the day thanksgiving falls on, a post of love for food and hatred of children, and a post defending me.

Mine was a head nod, love of food, hatred of children, reinforcment of Turkey day in relation to relaxing, family, food and football...
