help on sociology paper?

im writing a paper for my sociology class but im having a hard time finding info on it as my book hasnt come in yet so im having to write it strictly on outside sources. heres the question and if anyone can give me a reference to a site or what not that would be GREATLY appreciated.

 

The agency that funds the local suicide clinic has asked you to study the clinic's effectiveness in preventing suicide. what would you need to measure? what can you measure? What are the steps needed in sociological research? What type of research method would you utilize to collect data?
