I HAVE A VIRUS I GUESS . i think it is malware

 

the name it keeps giving me is trojan.zlob-x.a

i have norton for my defence but it cant find

 

it it keeps popping up this thing that says a virus is detected go here and i dont now how to get rid of it ....

 

i know their is some geniuses in here and i need some help getting rid of this ...

i use the very last one u posted. Avast-Home-Edition is really great... I havent had many problems at all.

do a system restore... go to your Start menu.. then go to "all programs" then to "accessories" then to "system tools" and click on "system restore"... close all running programs, and run the system restore to an earlier "system checkpoint" that you can find on different days through out your calendar that will pop up once you are in system restore wizard... this will work 9 out of 10 times.. IF THERE IS RESTORE POINTS... this is not always the case.. but my dad had a trojan virus that i fought for a bit until i finally just did a restore and dads pc is fine now.. i would take it back a week or two.. and NO FILES will be lost during a restore .. its only windows files... all others SHOULD BE fine..

try restore before you spend any money... its free.. and its easy.. and like i said.. 9 out of 10 times it will fix and you wont loose any data.. its the best of both worlds...
