*N* Natural Selection Hosting an Arcade Tournament (Prizes)!!!

Hello everyone,

 

Im writing to inform everyone of the tournament that will be happening, in the coming weeks, over at the Natural Selection Forums (www.NaSelection.net). We are hosting an arcade tournament that will run from midnight on June 1st to midnight on June 30th. All high scores will be reset the night of May 31st and the games will begin at mignight. The objective is simple...Be the user with the most high scores come July 1st!!!

 

There will be 150 games at your disposal as you try to accumulate the most trophies. The games will range from easy to difficult and will range from straightforward to weird. We will be adjusting some games in this next week to find the perfect fits and then there will be zero adjustments come June.

 

There will be prizes and they will work out this way:

 

0-20 participants submit at least 1 score for the month: 1 winner will get a $25 gift card from restaurant.com

 

21-40 participants submit at least 1 score for the month: 1 winner will get a $50 gift card from restauant.com

 

41-60 participants submit at least 1 score for the month: 1st place will get a $50 gift card from restaurant.com and 2nd place will get a $25 gift card

 

61+ participants submit at least 1 score for the month: 1st place will get a $50 gift card, 2nd and 3rd place will both get $25 gift cards

 

Come one come all, we are hoping to have a fun event with plenty of trash talking lol. The month long format will give everyone plenty of time to develop some real good grudges and such.

 

Also please remember that this is an honorable event and we will be monitoring for any unfair play. Anybody found of dishonoring the affair will be immediately disqualified.

Also, feel free to use this week to practice the games....as stated their may be adjustments this week to the games being used but most are set in stone.

That's a cool idea, Shadow. We have an arcade too, and usually it's just a bunch of us trying to beat each others scores for the hell of it.

Yea thats what we do too but I wanted to make something very fun, competitive and enjoyable for whoever was wanting to partake. I hope that posting this tournament does not ruffle any feathers with the staff. I figured it would be ok to post because it is not in any conflict with any of the happenings here. Its just something we wanted to extend to everyone we know and love in the gaming community.

 

This is something that we hope turns into a really great event. Everyone is welcome to play so I hope everyone spreads the word. Money come on through, bring your fellas at cBF and get down on some fun Arcade action. all you gotta do is sign up at the site and youre eligible to partake. We are also open to any ideas this week on games that could be removed or suggestions on games you would like to see in the months tourney.

 

The prizes are legit too so I hope nobody worries about that. I get some great deals through my company's associate discounts and these restaurant.com gift cards are amazing. I actually have 5 $25 gift cards sitting in my end table right now. I think they cost me like 15 bucks for all of them. Like I said, I get some great deals.

 

They are great gift cards and work in restaurants all over the country. My girlfriend and I have used em on numerous occasions. Check out the site, they are so simple to use as long as you have a printer.

 

Were really hoping to get alot of participants and I dont see why anybody would not want to get in on this. Free to play and prizes are there for the taking (as long as you dont mind submitting your shipping address to me, and me only, when you win).

 

Cant wait to get the games rolling. Its going to be like an Arcade olympics lol

Hell i would do this every month on Gamelobby if i thought people wanted to play in the Arcade for prizes.
