How many clans are there ?

I have the UF tool bar and I often click the clan drop down box and look at all those clan tags. But now a days when I click on them I notice a lot of those clans are gone, either disbanded or no longer active in the UF community. So I was just wondering how many and which clans are still around and actively competing in UF ?

I suppose the clans that are still competing are the ones that are signing up for tournaments. You probably can check it out in the application area or something similar like the war reports.

I wouldn't use the applying clans as an accurate measurement of clans still around UF. Again I must point out that UF is largely a socom community and Socom Confrontation is the least popular title to date. Once Socom 4 comes out I expect to see a large comeback by some vet clans.

you gotta keep in mind that the tool bar doesnt have a complete listing of clans theres some that have floated off and some that have floated on just look around at who posts and who signs up for tourneys this place is nowhere near dead

I think with Confrontation being pretty much dead for the most part and it being summertime activity is pretty low. We'll see what happens in the coming months.

Yea were actually working up the Xbox division as we speak and we will be back on the PS side of things when the new Socom comes out.
