If you look at when he opens his map, you'll see how far out he is on the map. The majority of all gunfights SHOULD be happening around the bottom of the map, away from the gigantic open area.

 

I wouldn't be too worried about something like this. They won't see many people, and if your team keeps running the same way and getting killed by the same guy, maybe they deserve to be nuked..

that same shit happened on the map with th broken plane. on the back where it's all rocky, you could get inside one of those rocks.. no biggie.
