Depends on what system and what game your looking to compete in. But there is a try-out section for Urgent Fury, its called Hell Week.

You dont need a website to compete here at UF. It is always recommended to have a forum at the very least to keep your clan all on the same page but nothing in that sort is required to be a part of UF. As stated above there are requirements for a clan to initially be accepted into UF, so click the appropriate link and lets get you started !!!

Depends what you're lookin for.

If you have some sort of hosting, then SMF is the best free forums.

If you dont want to pay for anything, then Proboards are great free forums.

or you can just get a group page with msg boards on Gamelobby.com ;D
