NFL Wild Card Round predictions!

Recommended Posts

NFC

Saints at Seahawks - blowout win, despite Seattle's 12th man at home. 38-13 Saints.

Packers at Eagles - Eagles get revenge for their Week 1 loss against the Pack (in which Mike Vick almost led a relief comeback). 34-28 E-A-G-L-E-S.

AFC

Jets at Colts - The vaunted Jets' D looked very streaky down the stretch. I think they will come ready, but not ready enough for Peyton. Colts 38-27

Ravens at Chiefs - Everyone is counting out the Chiefs, just as they did in the regular season. I say not so fast, the fans at Arrowhead will be in the Ravens heads all game. 20-17 Chiefs.

Saints 31-3 or 31-7. The Seahawks score will come from a Saints turnover in their own territory. 7 points if the defense scores on the turnover and 3 if the offense has to score.

Packers win 27-13. Mike Vick will be responsible for at least 3 turnovers, but more than likely 4.

Jets win 24-21. Tomlinson will have a big game with screen passes. Manning will throw late int to seal game for Jets.

Ravens win 24-3. One big play will account for the Chiefs only 3 pts of the game. Chiefs will have less than 250 yards on offense.

Saints 30-9 -- You can't possibly think a team with a losing record has a chance, right?

Packers - 28-13 -- Defenses have finally figured Vick out. He is very predictable. Only chance Eagles have is for Jackson to return 3 or 4 kicks for TDs (which isn't happening)

Colts - 14-13 -- It's gonna be close. It's going to be a big running game from both sides. Look for Colts to be down late in the 4th and for Peyton to lead them to the game winning TD.

Ravens - 20-10 -- They ended their season in the worst possible way... getting stomped on. Not a good way to head into the playoffs. Ravens defense will prevail.

NFC

Saints at Seahawks - Saints got lucky, playing a team who won there divsion with a losing record, Seahawks played like crap along with the rest of there division and they will continue to do so in the playoffs. Saints !! 38-10

Packers at Eagles - Being a bears fan I would rather face the packers, Vick is a beast even if he took a beating and got hurt. He will come out to play and will have a big game in the secondhalf along with the Defense, aron rogers will have a good game but wont come through in the end.. Eagles 28-24

AFC

Jets at Colts - Rex Ryans Defense has been exsposed, look for Payton to pass short passes for big gains. Colts 27-10

Ravens at Chiefs -Going with the shocker, Chiefs 21-17

I'm in utter disbelief with how well the Seahawks played tonight. This isn't a situation where the Saints beat themselves, the Seahawks beat the Saints straight up. I would have never in a million years have thought they even had a slight chance.

Wow to the Jets beating the Colts too. Revenge from last year's AFC title game. Talk about a CRAZY day to start the playoffs...both teams from last year's Superbowl are 1 and done in the first round. Peyton looked so mad after the game. This just wasn't his year, with all the injuries and inconsistent play from the wideouts.

According to the University of Washington's strong motion station, located just across the street from Qwest Field in Seattle, the thunderous roar of the Seahawks fans recorded a blip on the seismograph just as Lynch was crossing the end zone at the completion of his 67-yard touchdown run.

Simply put, the Seattle fans, and possibly a few screaming Saints fans willing their defense to make a tackle, caused a minor earthquake. How's that for your 12th man.

That's nuts, thanks for sharing General! The 12th man won't be a factor this week for the Seahawks as the Bears 4th Phase will be in the Seachickens ears all game long. This will be revenge for our Week 6 loss at home to them, when we were a MUCH different team. This Bears team did not put it all together until the bye week and beyond.

Lil V.C;822781']too bad cutler is your qb...

Yeah, because most teams would hate to have a 27 year old rocket arm QB on the rise, who just put up a great year...that's while having no legitimate #1 receiver and a makeshift O-Line. I hate when people bash on Cutler just to simply bash on him. Watch him play, the man can play the QB position. His mechanics are goofy as all hell, but he makes it work. The league better look out if we get him a better O-Line, with a solid #1 to complement Knox and the current receivers in the years to come. Watch what he does this postseason, while leading us to the Super Bowl.
