I purposely let that lie, it was so tough to not write a response when I saw it go up (no pun intended). I was waiting to see how long it would take before someone was going to add some sexual reference to this section.

I just bought a 2.5lb Tri tip. What's a really good rub for it? I used to just get the mesquite rubs in the packages from the store, but with this thread I wanted to try something different and homemade.
