Clear your calendars and ready your*flashlight, it’s time to revisit*Silent Hill. Konami has announced that the Silent Hill HD Compilation for the PS3 will be arriving sometime in September or October.

 

The compilation will include HD updates of *Silent Hill 2 and Silent Hill 3. Both the games have been remastered to run at 720p resolution, with updated*voice-over,*soundtrack and*trophy*support thrown in the mix as well.

 

The Silent Hill series is*considered*by many to be the zenith of the Survival Horror genre, and if you have yet to experience the series for yourself, this is the perfect opportunity.
