If so, I am always looking to play a game of football with fellow socomers.

Oh yea I play Sim style football on there. So if you use the vick cheese or go for it on every 4th down, or use the same

money plays over and over, dont bother.

I have not played Madden since 2010. The franchise to me has slowly gone south. IMO NCAA is a better football experience.

Its alright. More of the same. Didnt play but maybe 10 games last year so I cant really compare the two. It does have all the pre snap defensive assignments you could

want this year. Running seems easier than passing. But I suck at passing this year. 9 picks with Tom Brady in a Play now game!

It really just depends on your expectations as to whether or not it will be worth it for each individual to go out and pick it up. The biggest difference from Madden 11 to Madden 12 is the new tackling system and the revamped defense. While the game still feels the same, those two differences have a huge impact on how the game plays. Try out the demo in the PSN store if you havent already.
