Error Code 2739?

My wife recently got a Flip video recorder and you need to DL'd a program onto your computer to share any of the videos recorded.

 

But we keep getting "internal error code 2739". From what I've seen it has something to do with Adobe, but I'm not entirely sure. There are programs to DL'd to fix it, but I don't trust .exe files without proper verification first.

 

So any help would be greatly appreciated. UF has never steered me wrong.

Where idid you get the flip software? If you can, try going to their website and getting the most recent version of whatever you are trying to install- you'll usually find a newer version that might have that issue fixed.

Lol thats my address 2739 Gaynor Ave. No joke. Lol na but hmm if its Adobe check for adobe updates and if the software you have its most recent versions if its not that then you maybe want to rfind software for the device on its site. Sorry not much help.

There is a file on the camera itself, but that didn't work. And we tried going to the site directly and still got the 2739 error message. There are several fixes on the web to DL'd, but like I said they are .exe files and I'm not computer savy enough to trust them.

 

If any of you experts could post a link for a fix, that would help. I trust you guys.

So if I follow any instructions from Adobe I'll be good? Becuase they seem pretty complex to me.

I was actually passing on the advice to my wife. I'll have to check with her, but I doubt she did anything. lol

 

It also doesn't help that my PC is old as Hell when it comes to PC's.
