Is it possible to your play your PS3 in a hotel room?

I'm going out of town next week and actually thinking about taking my PS3. If the TV in my room has audio/video cables, can I hook it up?? I'm gonna be living out of a hotel room for a week, that is why I'm thinking about taking it.

Sure if the hotal TV has the inputs you can use it, & internet access if they have it.

You can call ahead and ask them about internet & audio/video input.

ALOT of hotels have no input jacks. They get them way cheaper without them. I bought one of those boxes that converts co-ax to rca's that I take with me when I travel. 15 bucks at wallyworld.

Take it from a guy that lives in hotels. A PS3 travels easily. Just make sure you have multiple possible cable adapters, cause the TVs can be hard to connect to. As soon as the next round of bonuses come through I'm getting a 19" LCD to travel with.

Do you mean if the TV does not have audio/video jacks, I need to bring cable adapters?? Also, I stayed at this hotel last year and was able to play online with my PSP without any issue.

If your psp was online fine, then yer ps3 should be good to go. But you probably will need a cable--AV converter.

Any tv with a co-ax input. I know one of the last hotel we stayed at I had to use a screw driveer to take a cover off the back to get at the co-ax. > Damn Hotels want you to play thier N64 style games.

The Nack speaks true. You also might want to take a small pair of channel locks to remove the co-ax from the rear of the TV. Nuthin will piss you off worse than being prepaired to play, but can't remove the co-ax cause some cable guy did his job right for once.
