GTA4 Connetion Question

Does anyone know why i can't connect to a game once i get invited? I can host a party mode were we are just running around. But as soon as i try to start another game. I get kicked from the game. Any ideas?

I really don't think it is you. I think it's the server. Fatal, Doc, Snow, Pito. and myself all have the same problem. We might be able to play one or two games before one by one we get booted.

Try creating a custom game and inviting all your buddies in...

Everytime I log into My PSN name and then try to play the game, It stays at the loading screen..It moves and what not but never goes anywhere from there!!! I can play while im off the PSN, but when I try to play Multiplayer it FREEZES NOW!!!!.....This happening to any1 other than me? if so can some1 help.....sheesh... :-X

Unplug your ethernet cord and try to get on. I bet it wont freeze.

Rockstar is aware of the problem and are working on it. Until then, sign in to your PSN. Go over to your name, hit triangle, sign out.... Start up GTA4 and it will load up and play. Then, bring up your phone, hit multiplayer and then you can sign right in through there.

Rockstar is aware of the problem and are working on it. Until then, sign in to your PSN. Go over to your name, hit triangle, sign out.... Start up GTA4 and it will load up and play. Then, bring up your phone, hit multiplayer and then you can sign right in through there.

 

Thanks Ill try that.....The only thing im think though, is that I use my Ps3 online on a wireless conection so hopefully that got nothing to do with it :-\

Nope the samething happens to fatal. He has a 40 gig at his house anytime the internet is plugged in it wont start the game. As soon as we unplug and try it, it works great.

Its the servers cuz I can't get a team of 5 in the room without one not making it no matter who the host is. Also the a day or two ago I noticed that is the servers are done the whole game will freeze even single player but if you disconnect you can play single player.
