That is pretty damn good chili. But if you want faster, the only thing you can do is bang on yer provider. Eventually they will cave, it usually just takes forever.

I am going to have to upgrade to the 15mb download that my carrier is now providing....I had the 10mb, but it really wasnt going any faster than the 7mb, so I downgraded and saved the $10/mo.

Uploads very seldom are even close to the Download. Look into Fios Chilli, You can get 20/20 so 20,000 DN and 20000 Up.

Chilli you are in pretty good shape compared to most. I wouldn't worry about it to much but you could call your ISP and ask if there are any chances of upgrading your upload.
