I have the Shark pad works pretty good, better then using a chord for a keyboard. I hate chords!

 

The sony one looks great! looks as if you can bring up friends list with it and go straight to creating messages.

Another cool thing about the ps3 wireless keypad that it transforms into a mouse pad like on a laptop. the keys become a mouse pad by just rubbing your finger against them. you just need to press a button.

I doubt it, though it would be nice. I'm almost certain it draws it's power/sync from the PS3 controller. I just hope it doesn't encourange MORE cheating.... sigh... :-\
