it would be interesting to see who certain people are leaning towards.

POLITICAL PROFILING!!!!! :D :D :D :D

You forgot to put undecided. I am still stuck on my fence. I belong to no party and both sides still have good points. And bad. SO I guess I'll keep waiting, and when it's time to vote, I'll wing it. ;)

I am totally with you there money. If McCain picks Mit Romney for a running mate that may be enough to swing my vote. I will have to see. BUT Obama will NEVER get my vote. He is a full fledged Marxist. He has hung out with some very unappealing people in the past and will keep it at that.

I am whole heartly supporting Obama. I'm so sick of seeing rich, old white men screw us. Let's let a young black man do it for a while. LOL... but seroiusly, here's my take.

As an independent, I said before in the other thread that I would have voted for McCain in 2000 over Gore. But after watching McCain over the past 8 years... I don't see how anyone, even Republicans could support any of his policies? This is not the brand of Republican that I grew up on.

I really liked Huckabee and I would have considered him. If Ron Paul was on the ticket I'd be voting Republican this time. My first choice on the Dem side was Biden. He's definitely the most qualified as far as experience goes. But just a note on that... did you all know that Abraham Lincoln, one of our most beloved POTUS had less experience then Obama does? Just thought I'd share that for all that say, experience, experience, experience... Obama has none.

Any ways, I will support Obama cause he has the most fresh and new ideas for our country. I like quite a few of his stances on things and think he will "right the ship". In my time (41 years old)... this has been the most darkest days of America for me. So to be honest... I don't care who wins as long as we get rid of King George I'll be partying!!!!!!! I hope I kept this clean enough and didn't offend anyone. :P

Not much longer now!!!!!!!

Coupled with what I cropped from pigs post, the VP is prolly what will swing my vote. Mccain is old as dirt, and is due for a massive coronary, Obama WILL get shot at multiple times, and one is bound to slip through. SO really it seems we have a 50/50 chance the VP will get promoted anyways. Maybe we'll even get lucky and the VP will be the one really running the show like the last 8 years. ;)

I completely disagree. His foreign policies along with Mr. Biden are a nightmare. I haven't heard ANY fresh new ideas come out of his mouth. You say don't talk about experience, OK then that trumps your 4 more years of bush theory.

Joe Biden is arrogant, so arrogant he once told an interviewer how smart he was compared to him, oh and he lied with most of his statement. Why would someone do that who is running for president?

I don't understand Obamas appeal to some people, he is a Marxist. He will change things alright, we will become that socialist society that he dreams of us becoming. I frankly would rather have Hillary Clinton then him.

I respectfully disagree Red. The nightmare for me, has been the last 8 years. McCain wants to do nothing but carry that on. WE can't afford that. Sid's right on one thing for sure... THERE will be no more country, only I believe its if we have a McCain in the white house. Hell, we've lost what country I grew up in already. Moving is too easy... I'll stay and fight. I do agree with you on Biden that he is arrogant. LOL Who isn't in politics? He IS a very articulate and smart guy. And as for lying... show me someone in politics that hasn't and I'll look at that one... beer.gif

I'm down the middle. Undecided, if you will. Sounds like this Presidential election is the same as any other that I have seen. That is where you vote for the lesser of two evils.

Had Romney won the primary, it would have been easy for me. He was, by far, the smartest candidate from either side....it's a real shame.

So, I will wait for now. I lean conservative on almost every issue, problem is, Mccain doesn't.

What do you do?

Don't like these choices then pick one of these. You never hear from these people which is BS!

You didn't answer my own question war pig. I trumped your "experience" statement with my "4 more years of bush" statement. Now you have to give me a REAL reason that I should vote for Obama. Tell me what is so "fresh" about his ideas. Because I guarantee that those ideas were brought up before.

Paris Hilton had a better platform then both these guys so give me something to use. You still won't get me to vote for Obama but tell me something that I don't already know about him. PLEASE

There obviously has to be some reason you are voting for him, besides his spellbinding. HE has terrible policies and I think him and biden are elitists.
