neo-x when i ws a little younger i went to the vermont job corps.. it is an alternative to placement when you are under age it is a great oppitunity. but like you said it is inner city kids(bunch of punks that dont know any better)i never "enrolled" didnt like what i saw...where do you do it at?

I don't think the world needs thus many graphic artists.. hence why I'm not going into that field.. I have the skills but so many people do it.

And here i am in need of a web designer, but no one seems to be able to handle my site.. or is it the PHP they are scared of..!?

 

 

I do a few jobs..

1. Gamelobby.com (no income)

2. Film Crew (yes, Hollywood, NO not porn.!) main income

3. Staging crew (misc. once in a while i work for some friends) side job

 

 

This is a great topic, & NO ONE should be ashamed of what they do.. we all make the world go around. no matter how dirty, wealthy, or shytty our jobs may seem.!

 

I almost envy you Iowa boy.. None of the hustle, & bustle of the city, & no BS head trip bosses. just farm land, & shyt.! (i think i might move. )

Iowa.....wake up in the morning and turn the heat on......by midafternoon ya got the AC running on high.....besides havin to drive 40 miles to the nearest mall, walmart, mcdonalds, blockbuster.......yeah its not so bad !

 

And REDOCTOBER.....i feel ya on the #2 biz......nothin like having to dig up a plugged sewer line, or a septic tank backed up......

Well I don't do anything quite as exciting as most of you. I'm currently a stay at home single dad to a wonderful 10 year old son. I have been unable to work for the last 8 years because I, unfortunately have a bad heart. I'm 29 years old and have had an implanted pacemaker for the last well 8 years, but don't feel bad my option was no pacemaker and dead so I feel good about my choice lol. Prior to my heart problem being discovered I was actually a hog farmer so I have done my fair share of hard work. RedOctober and I kinda have something in common and believe me Red, I, probably better then most no exactly what you do and go through. Keep it up wish I could be back in the farming business instead of kicking butt on CA lol.

I work in hell.... I mean nAVL, north American Vanlines, well it was that name now it's Valley Relocation and Storage. Any way.. I take care of an account called Omnicell. I pull orders and have them shipped out for this customer, I also do Data entry for them.

 

What I do at home, other than play games, is write. I'm trying to get a Sci-Fi comic going.
