"The Shield" Commercials.....SONG

Anyone here who has been seeing the small snippet commercials for this season of "The Shield," they have a song playing on there....a drunk, lazy sounding type of acoustic song, playing over the background.

 

Does anyone know who performs it or what the name of the song is?

I really like it and would like to see if iTunes has it or something.
