That was one of the weirdest ninth innings I have ever seen. But i like the way madden thinks! 5 infielders 2 outfielders!

Yup... I remember hearing how Wakefield was going to confuse the Rays with his knuckleballs and what not. These guys have been playing baseball all their lives... I'm sure they've seen every type of pitch there is to see. Moyer sucks ass... he should be watching the game from a retirement home, not actually playing in it. Not to mention, Rays have Garza on the mound tonight. Rays definitely take game 3.

yup yup... First championship I ever witness if the phillies win the WS. Shame 30 years old and I've never witness a philly championship.

 

Phillies - won it in 80 I was 2 y/o

76ers - won it in 82-83 I was 4 y/o

Eagles - Never

Flyers - 1976 wasn't even born yet lol

 

I witnessed only the following

 

Phillies - 1 World Series Appearance in 1993 (Lost 2 words mitch/carter lol)

Flyers - 1 Stanley Cup Appearance in 1997 ( Got swept by Redwings 4-0)

Sixers - 1982 was 4 and 2001 ( Got hopes up when won game 1 but lost the rest in the series)

Eagles - 1 Superbowl Appearance in 2004 (Lost to cheaters)

 

I can't father anyone suffering more then me lol. I don't mean 1 team I mean the whole city!

Is it a good thing when Game 4 Phillies starter Joe Blanton, who entered the game as a career 2-for-31 hitter, now has more World Series home runs than Pena and Longoria combined? Has more World Series hits than Pena and Longoria combined?
