Hmmmm.....didn't really state HOW they found this out, from WHOM or what evidence there is solidifying that Microsoft KNEW they were faulty.

 

Be interesting to read more in-depth shit on this.

Yes, the 360's track record on system failures isn't very great but what do you mean faulty OS's? I have used Windows 98, 2000, XP, and recently upgraded to Vista. I have also used different versions of Linux and Mac. The only OS that I had major problems with was Windows ME and one random Linux OS. Other than that, I'm not sure what people think is so wrong with Microsoft/Vista. Vista has potential.

 

I expect my check from M$ is in the mail. ;)

but if socom was released on the 360.....we wouldnt be jacking off to youporn.com ...we would be playing the game. 360 is soooo much better at making games rite!

Not sure why that could be good news for since my 360 STILL works perfect, including all of the games. ;)

Wouldn't surprise me. It wouldn't be the first time a big corporation cut corners to make a quick buck. Hell, corporations have cut corners that have actually killed people. So the fact the MS would take the chance their system would fail to get their system out there before everyone else, is no surprise at all.

 

This will very interesting to see how this lawsuit plays out.
