my first two attemps at a borders for sigs

Recommended Posts

Not a bad start but what I would suggest is to open the psd file of the border template, open a new layer then click Image>apply image this will combine all of your layers while preserving all the indiviual layers, works better then merge visible. Next hide all the indivual layers so just the new combined layer is visible. Now select the new image and right click and select blending options. then i would start messing with the bevel and emboss, this may add some depth to the border as not to look so flat and plain. You can also mess with with gradiant overlay to add some color to it.
