IF you had a war tonight during the server-wide crash, and you did NOT finish the war by the time the crash happened, then the wars are CANCELED.

If you finished a war tonight before the crash, then the war results stand as-is as they were unaffected by the mass boot.

 

Servers have been down for more than 30 mins which severely alters the time parameters for a war, especially while not knowing WHEN the servers will be back up.
