SnowBud Posted July 6, 2009 Report Posted July 6, 2009 Water is fine, I wouldn't use it until it drys though. Sticky stuff like soda is when you start to get screwed. Quote
IRISH BULL Posted July 6, 2009 Author Report Posted July 6, 2009 OK, thanks. Another question, how do I make webpages bigger. Not just the text, but the whole page. For example, when I look at this website, the grey area on either side is a lot bigger than it was beofre. I forgot to mention, I got a new laptop that gets plugged into a docking station. Quote
SnowBud Posted July 6, 2009 Report Posted July 6, 2009 Try changing your resolution under display settings Quote
IRISH BULL Posted July 6, 2009 Author Report Posted July 6, 2009 Its at its max resoluton 1680 by 1050. So I guess I gotta get used to it. It looks different from the other laptop. Quote
SnowBud Posted July 6, 2009 Report Posted July 6, 2009 The other laptop is probably something more standard or along the lines of 1024 x 786 or 800 x 600 Try 1024 x 768 and see what it looks like, I bet the other laptop is set to that Quote
Outlaw__Rebel Posted July 6, 2009 Report Posted July 6, 2009 Ahh I was thinking you daughter did something. Mine dumped a half of shaker of pepper on my recliner just last night. Now I get to sneeze and smell pepper all evening. I'm getting some fabrize. Quote

There is a way to override the settings so it doesn't change back. There should be a prompt asking if you want to keep the new resolution settings. You should click yes before it times out. Quote
