You need software.. of course.. LOL

 

Some are free to try and I suspect are only trial types and in the end cost money.. like for example..

Here’s the free one they recommend http://fileforum.betanews.com/detail/DVD-Decrypter/1011845169/1 an MPEG4 decoder http://www.videora.com/en-us/Converter/iPod/download.php for free.. and of course Itunes. Which is here if you don’t already have it. http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/

 

Then Rip it.. Convert it.. and import it.. follow the instructions on the GOAT here link above.
