The case arises from the 1982 rape and murder of Kristen Sumstad, 13, whose body was found in Seattle's Magnolia neighborhood in a cardboard box. John Nicholas Athan had been seen moving such a box, but there wasn't enough evidence to charge him. Twenty years TWENTY YEARS. He replied by mail, and they matched DNA in their sample to the DNA from his saliva on the envelope flap. He was convicted of second-degree murder. Athan argued that the government had no business examining his saliva, since he hadn't given them permission. The court ruled, 6-3, that no one had forced him to spit into a cup, and that once he had licked the envelope and dropped it into the mail, it didn't belong to him any more. It was the same, wrote Justice Charles Johnson, as if he had spit on the sidewalk. Athan also argued that his letter was a legally protected communication with someone he thought might become his attorney. 10. Great choice! I love my iphone 3gs and can't stop using it lol. Anyways the best case you can get is the OTTER BOX cases. I have one myself. It's pretty much water resistant, drop resistant anything you think of. I dropped it on concrete and nothing happened lol. Anyways it's the best case money can by. I would push for any blackberry - iphone user to use otter box casing it has saved me hundreds of dollars! www.otterbox.com The iphone top of the line casing comes with a screen on top of the screen and camera lens and openings in every area you would need to open. I've been using them for a while now. My blackberry fell off my car and didn't even have a scratch.... Their built to be tough.
  11. Hardcore... Par core..
  12. Why wouldn't you switch from Verizon? Honestly the service isn't that big of a difference lol. Iphone is not going to come out on verizon anytime soon. They failed to reach a contract and also remember one thing. If your going to the iphone for the apps all the existing ones are owned by ATT. So your not going to get 98 percent of them lol. Verizon sucks with apps/music/software when it comes to anything. Their blackberry phones that are exclusive suck. I had the storm it was GARBAGE.
  13. Yeah but you got to carry a phone and a music player when you can have both. I've been a long time blackberry fan now iphone user. It has everything you can think of I don't see what you would need extra. You can download apps from your phone, anything you want. Email, make events etc. It will be a smooth transition.
  14. Ok I've been using blackberrys for about 3 years now and made the switch from Verizon to AT&T and got the iphone 3gs. Long story short. I really thought I would miss the blackberry, the blackberry server, blackberry messenger and just what I've been use to for years. Honestly I don't have time to think about missing it lol. Theres actually apps that works, things to do, games that won't freeze. I love the iphone. I haven't had any service problems so far, service is super fast. I can ACTUALLY see and chat in my shoutbox in my clan site which I wasn't even able to see on my blackberrys. I was looking for a way to get Black Berry Messenger on the iphone but that was a fail but I did find an app like it. It's called Fling! with the exclamation mark. It's pretty sick. Anyways anyone else have any experiences or thoughts? Obviously if you used only one you don't know the difference lol. I was the iphone is gay.. iphone is noobs guy but I changed lol.
  15. I've use to come on UF regularly on my mobile but now I stopped unless I am at a computer. It's the ads taking too long to load before that with animated sigs or two sigs a person I personally had no problem on my blackberry. I actually go to a Infiniti forum regularly and they have heavily animated sigs and I haven't had any problem.
  16. Animated sigs can't be seen on mobile unless you have a flash player. They are automatically not seen. Right?
  17. Its going to be hot. We are pushing hard with the clan. I pre-ordered the one with the controller lol.
