[Clan Tag] Clan Name

  1. I am a competitive player for call of duty. Looking for a clan who is talented, competitive, and cool group of players. I'm a very good player and can bring a lot to the team. I'm 17 years old if that matters. Looking for a group who compete in tournaments and such. Message me if your clans is interested. I can bring a new level to any clan. I'm a slayer and objective player also known as a hybrid I will do what ever I need to do to make sure we get the win. I play all game modes so I can be competitive in any game mode. I prefer core but can play hardcore if needed.
  2. Shadow Ops has been a clan since early 2002 competing in many tournaments over that time period. Our last UF tourney we took part in was BlackOps1 and we were able to pull out a win in the Tac Map. Currently we are looking to prepare ourselves for the next UF Tac Map but we know we are short on members. We have about 15 heads strong right now and would like to see about 20 strong members that are online often enough to help us in a tournament, and are good at following directions and playing as a team. While a high K/D is awesome, and something we definitely like, it isnt a main factor for us in deciding our recruits. We want good people, fun to talk to on mic, great presence on our forums, and cares more about the team than your actual personal accolades and stats. If this is something you think you would fit in well to, please throw in an App at: http://www.ShadowOps.org The Application can be found under the "Apply" tab at the top of the page. After you put in an App, please create an "About Me" thread in the "Interested In Joining SHO" section so we can get to know you a little bit better. And please send friend requests to members on our Roster, so we can get some games in with you. We have a pretty strict requirement of 18+ age limit, however there have been exceptions. Thank You.
  3. Hey Everyone, Wondering if someone can design a new sig for me. I would like it to incorporate BF3 and also my Clan 3RD INFANTRY DIVISION ALLIED ASSASSINS. I am also looking for a new clan logo. I am willing to pay for the work if there are any takers.... Let me know. Cheers, Sergeant-Crunch Long Live The 3RD!!!! :have a nice day:
  4. With MLG's announcement of Black Ops 2 being on the pro circuit, I personally will be watching the stream all weekend on my big screen TV in my room. If you want to see professional players and teams compete, visit twitch.tv and the stream should be located on the homepage. In Black Ops 1, I started out playing only Search and Destroy (hence why that is my favorite mode and my best mode) and started with a 0.88 K/D and a sub 1.0 W/L. It was my first Call of Duty that I had obtained in its prime playing time (Christmas lol). I was 15 at this time and knew virtually nothing. I was picked up by a clan 7DaY (which is now a runescape clan lol) after I dropped 10+ kills on them. After running with them for a couple weeks, I ran into the former WaR* clan. Among the members, wing-628, II-R3CON-ll, and paidassassin were having issues with the immature 15 years old and below members of 7DaY. I was keeping to myself and just kept playing. After 7DaY won several games, wing-628 and Dulton (the "leader" of our group who was also 15) got into an argument and it led to us having a competitive search match where 7DaY won (and I would like to point out that I was on top lol) but the shit talking was unbearable. I wanted a more mature clan and after talking to those 3 members of WaR*, I decided to be with them. We entered a tournament and I played in one match (but couldn't play in others because I was on the JV football team at the time) and I simply stayed top wood on Firing Range CTF and kill whored like I was told to do. That was my first competitive Call of Duty match. In the process of competing, wing-628 and II-R3CON-ll told me about their goals to start a professional team and I shared their admiration and vigilance. It may sound sad, the best time of my life was with 18+ year old dudes playing call of duty trying to make a lifestyle out of it. That was 2 years ago. Now I'm here. But that story actually had a point to it. During my time with Wing-628, II-R3CON-ll, and our 4th geesweb, I watched an MLG stream for the first time. It was MLG Anaheim and the finals were LvG vs FeaR with FeaR up 3-0 at the very start because they beat LvG in the winners finals. LvG came back and beat FeaR 6-5 (best of 11) and I was losing my mind all weekend from the epicness omitting from the professional world. After that one livestream, I was thinking more crucially and was becoming a better player because I was learning from those streams. So if you want to become a little better by learning some moves from the pros or you enjoy watching the competition, I invite you to come watch the stream! Sent from my iPhone 4 using Tapatalk
  5. Divine Knights was founded on September 14th 2008. Ever since then it has had the same principles, but also believes in longevity when it comes to clan gaming. We still have all our founders still in the clan and many of our members are past the 3 year mark in the clan. Leaders have changed over the years because everyone's schedule and life changes over time. But we still continue to push for the original values we had, but changing as the gaming environment changes as well. We are recruiting members over the age of 16 that are mature, team work oriented, communicates and fits into our family of gamers. We treat each other as our own family. Over the years the number of gaming consoles, rent, games etc we have given away really show we care for each other especially in rough times. "Coming Together Is a Start; Keeping Together Is Progress; Working Together Is Success." Currently we are recruiting for the following games; PS3 : Battlefield III PS3 : Call of Duty : Black Ops II XBOX : Call of Duty : Black Ops II XBOX : Battlefield III PC : Dayz PC : League of Legends PC : Minecraft PC : Star-craft II Please Visit us by following the link on the bottom! Even if your not interested in joining the clan we still want you to be part of our community! We have give aways every couple of months that all members can participate. Follow us on Twitter!

  9. To my fellow [cKs] members, and the UF community I regret to inform everyone that we, the Squad Commanders have come to a unanimous decision to cease all clan operations and proceed with a hiatus until the next SOCOM is announced. Since the end of SOCOM 4 we have tried our hand at multiple games, spanning throughout the PS3 and PC and we have been unsuccessful at establishing our clan comfortably in a game, similar to the way we did SOCOM. We tried Battlefield 3, GRFS, CSGO and most recently Black Ops 2. Even though we were able to get activity on BO2 we didn't feel it was suitable for the long run and we don't see there being a game released anytime soon that will suit what we are looking for. We are a SOCOM clan, and we need our SOCOM so we can have our cKs back. The adrenaline pumping as your the last one alive against 2-3 others. Planting a bomb and you along with 1 other cKs trying to defend it against an onslaught of enemies, getting your ass yelled at if you break apart from your squad to do stupid shit. Thats cKs. Sniper corps, Squads, substitutions. That was cKs. Having to wait months, maybe even fucking years to enter the clan. That was also cKs. We're not made to be a COD clan and theres nothing wrong with admitting that. We're not a clan that is going to flourish on a popular game that has millions playing it. Rather we are a clan that excels at mastering a tactical game and being one of the best in a more tight-knit community. We are a tactical clan and we are not suited for recreational respawn gaming. Unfortunately it took the painful process of trying to establish ourselves in those games to realize it. A Sony executive recently said that there will be another SOCOM. We're not making this decision based off of that, for all we know there may never be another SOCOM and if thats the case then that is fate. However, the gaming industry will keep transforming and as we edge closer to the next-gen, maybe, just maybe SOCOM will have a place in gaming again. If/when that time comes, we will rise again. Even though we are taking a hiatus, we are not shutting the door on everyone. Those who want to wait with us that is fine. Your free to play your games together as you currently are and we will keep the website/forums up and available the entire time. However you will still be required to follow the COC so long as you dawn the [cKs] tags. The leadership corp will remain in-tacked over the next few years. We will be here ready to get cKs going when the next SOCOM does arrive (likely on the PS4). Finally, I want to thank everyone for their patience and support over the last 2 years. Its been very difficult for cKs and it has taken its toll, not just for us either, but for many of the once-SOCOM clans. Uprising recently disbanded as they are going through the same. I can't personally guarantee anything. Its going to be a very long wait and I know that surely this will be last for many of you. What I can promise though is that if a new SOCOM does come out, I will be here ready to lead it along with a core of patient, loyal members. We wrote the book for success back in Confrontation. I look forward to writing a better version of it in the next SOCOM. Thank you for your time, god bless. cKs4life
  10. Many have speculated, but it is now official: After an illustrious history in which 8 championships and countless victories were achieved, the Uprising has closed it's doors. In recent months we had undergone some cosmetic changes, with MikeJaxon stepping down as leader. Jax remained on as a member, until resigning from competitive clan gaming in January due to the grind therein. The truth is that many of us felt the same as he did. We were just tired of the countless hours of practicing, preparing, and overall strenuous requirements of competitive gaming. We wanted to get back to being a family and just enjoying each other's company online. With Jax's resignation we decided to undergo a change to a new clan. The Uprising was his and it would feel weird to continue on without him. I can say without question that he was the most involved and instrumental leader to a clan's success I have ever been near and later, a part of. With the change, we also decided to become a casual clan. Just fun, family, and friends enjoying being online with each other. Some members were not ready to remove themselves from the competitive realm and we FULLY respect their decision to go another direction. With the change over, myself and Exile decided to promote 3 men to lead with us who have stuck with this family for many years, Arcs, Immersive, and ZTailGunner. I myself remember long ago reading Undertow's retirement post, containing reasons similar to Jax's. I said to myself (a young lad at the time in gaming terms), that'd never be me, very naively thinking I'd be playing tourneys until I was old and brittle. Or basically to Jax's age haha (j/k)! The truth is life happens and you find gaming to be less and less important, though the relationships will never dwindle in that respect. I still treasure the friends, family, and memories I have shared in my 10+ years of online gaming, but I too am just tired of it all competitively speaking. When I have time to game, which will be increasing to normal, I want to just enjoy the company of my guys, shoot the shit, and zombie out online. Without further ado, as I've written far too many long posts lately, I want to announce to the community that [apoX] Apocalypse Gaming has been born! We are a gaming family here with the intent for the foreseeable future of being just a casual clan. That doesn't mean that we won't strive for victory in any objective we face, merely that we will not be partaking in the competitive aspect (tournaments, ladders, etc). We are looking for active players who want to win and are down to earth, good people. Check us out at www.apoxgaming.com. Fill out an application if you are a like-minded individual, who just wants to get back to the roots of gaming to have fun with friends in a family atmosphere.
  11. What's up Gamers, Some of you might know me and some of you might not but I'm shot, from Florida. Currently in charge of the Battlefield 3 Roster for Clan Killas Online Gaming. Always had been a fan of Urgent Fury but never got the chance to get into the community/forums because of playing the crap out of games, If any of you want to play some Battlefield 3, MW3, or even Socom Confrontation, feel free to add me Shot_78 <---PSN Shot78 www.ClanKillas.com
  12. So if you did not know, several clans had their websites hacked this past week. I do not normally call out particular companies on stuff like this but most of the sites we dealt with on this had skins developed by the same company. So for you guys that were hacked you need to contact this company and find out what the issue is with their skins. Now I do not know who is handling issues over there now and luckily none of our hosting clients were affected by this hack, but I have some immediate recommendations for anyone to look at on your sites: Change your Passwords and use the built in password generator it should look something like this: *UrvL[FIW}i{ This includes your Webhosting control panel such as cPanel Your FTP Passwords if it is different from your primary hosting account login Your Database passwords [*]Find out how secure your server is through various Site Scanners Check with your web host, they may already have this information available [*]Stay up to date on your software Patches to forum software are there for a reason, install them At UF Hosting we have a current promotion of 50% off your first hosting payment when you use the coupon code "powii" feel free to take advantage if you like. But more importantly follow the steps above to help prevent your site from being hacked.

  16. ****A CANADIAN Black Ops 2 CLAN**** The [cKs] Canadian Killing Squad is an elite, organized, and tactical Black Ops clan that is structured by an internal chain of command. We are respectful, honorable, and serious when it comes to our clan. We structure ourselves to gain much more from the game that couldn't otherwise be had. When it comes to the game whether in practice or battle, we hold [cKs] to the highest standards. We treat all other clans and players alike with respect and dignity. [cKs] has an extensive history. We have been around since SOCOM I, and have seen our fare share of battles. 17. Welcome soldier, you are taking the first steps towards becoming one of the legendary 55′s. We shall point you the way but it is up to you to read, listen watch and learn. We are no ordinary clan I assure you and we have been rollin high across the world since 2007. We are very well known and respected throughout the gaming lands and this is down to the activity and conduct of our brothers and sisters at The 55′s. So first things first. If you want to join the 55′s you will have to first Sign Up to the site with your PSN as your username. Fill out our Application Form with the following information.http://www.the55s.com/ (1) Your PSN name. (2) Your age. (You must be at least 17 years old) (3) Where applicable Your COD4:MW rank, COD:WAW rank, COD:MW2 rank, COD:BO rank and your COD:MW3 rank.[You must NOT prestige if you decide to join our clan, you can be prestige when you put your app in and hold your prestige for 5 weeks to try us out, after the 5 weeks and you decide to stay you must use a token to restart or make a new account.] (4) Your country of origin. (5) How did you hear about us? (6) Do you have a mic? (7) Tell us abit about yourself and your interests. ( If someone invited you to join the clan, please state his/her name. Clan Policy Update June 1 2012 As you may or may not be aware we have been in discussion regards our "no-prestige .... ever" policy for some weeks now. This policy stated that no "prestige" on "any COD" to apply to be a 55. After guidance from the clan we have come to a compromise on the issue. We have modified the rule to allow a prospective recruit to go through the application process using their existing "prestiged" account (if prestiged) After the term for application is complete the applicant can chose either: 1) No thanks but I will stick with my prestige account and mince on. NOT JOINING 2) Can I get an extension, I need a little longer to decide. 3) Wow the last 5 weeks has been a blast. I want more. I wish to follow the path of redemption and strive forward as a member of the 55's Ultimately the applicant will still have to be non-prestige before recieving a blessing. But they will have had the oppurtunity to play alongside us with their existing account as they would at any other clan. The 55s is a PS3 Call of Duty clan for people who are NON-Prestige. Why ? well because we are above statistics. A 55 plays for the team not for himself. Statistics such as K/D bare no relevance here. We expect our soldiers to sacrifice themselves on the battlefield for the greater good of the clan. Our history and why we made this decision. http://www.the55s.co....php?f=2&t=3495 Our goal is to create a fun group of people that game together. We have practices a couple times weekly, and are a very active clan. We arrange matches from the casual friendly’s to the more serious clan battles/leagues and everything in-between, so whether you’re a hardcore gamer or a relative newcomer seeking to improve your game you should be right at home here.
  18. So I tuned in to UFreq last night and watched the stream for Aftermath, great game on all parties btw, and noticed that you were having a hard time not getting kicked Shane. I'm curious if anyone has come up with a solution to this problem or voiced their concern to trey arch or what they think the issue is? We hosted an in-clan tournament recently and had the hardest time keeping a room open while codcasting. Almost every game and mostly several times in a match people would get kicked. The only way it would work was to turn off game recording and codcasting and the room would finally stay open. I love the idea and the fact that its featured in the game but it would be great if it actually worked. Thoughts anyone? Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD

  20. Over the years we have had several requests for a live chat incorporated with the site. We have been running a chat for some time for the Spec Ops members as well as recently for the clan leaders. The biggest concern with live chat systems on sites as large as ours is server strain, but in watching it looks like we are doing a ok on that. So here are the key features and restrictions for non Spec Ops Members: Users are limited to 10 chat entries every 24 hours Chat Auto refreshes every minute until chat limit reached Can report inappropriate chats Cannot use BBCODE or Smileys in the Chat Spec Ops Premium Members have these Key Features - to become a Spec Ops Premium member click here No limit to Chat usage in a 24 hr period Auto Refresh every 5 seconds Can use BBCODE and Smileys in the chat Can choose their default channel Now this may seem like major limitations for non Premium members, and we will review the daily limit closely to see if there is a need to increase it. We have these limitations in place to keep server usage down for free usage of the chat. You can access the Full Size Chat here The Code of Conduct does apply to the live chat system. Even if you are a Spec Ops Premium member you can be banned from the chat. Enjoy the new feature guys.

  22. Ravenfall is a military-shooter gaming clan with a focus on SOCOM 4 and Modern Warfare 3 on the PS3. We are a 21yoa and over clan. We Win with Honor, and Lose with Dignity. Ravenfall then, naturally, embodies every word of that sentence in its clan functions, personnel, and leadership. This is no smokescreen. This is simply what Ravenfall is. Go to the Ravenfall forums and register. Make sure you put IRISH BULL in the referral box so we know it's not spam.
  23. last I heard this patch will come out sometime in September. Haven't seen anything posted up here on it yet, so here it is... ---------- 1.05 Update This patch is still a work in progress, so not everything that will hopefully make it in when it's done is included here (and I'm not going to call out each of the minute bug fixes), but we wanted to give everyone some idea of the bigger things to expect from 1.05: Party leader may now optionally allow other party members to invite other players into the party Classic mode mic system changed to be open Knife swipe exploit fixed (the knife no longer silences footsteps) SMG accuracy reduced over distance - tuned for up-close battles rather than long-distance kills Fixed Classic Bomb Squad double round win bug Fixed grenade launcher bug where firing over cover or at long distances could kill you Firing mechanic changes introduced in 1.04 have been rolled back (tapping to fire is now more accurate again) Several level collision issues fixed Games queues will be able to be adjusted much more easily and quickly (i.e. we'll be refreshing the queues right after launch) There have also been lots of bug fixes to the party system, clan system, UI in general and between-round transitions (i.e. less crashes). Also, a big item that's currently under investigation is the number of headshots in the game. We all know that there are too many, so the team is looking at how we might be able to counter that for the patch. It's not an issue with the size of the hitbox (that's been checked over and over), so it's not a simple fix, and any changes to the damage system in general could have adverse effects on other parts of the game if not handled carefully. So, as mentioned, that's a big TBD on if and how it would be changed, but it's certainly being looked at and will be dealt with if possible. The ETA on the patch is currently mid- to late-September. That's about all the info that we have for the moment. We'll do our best to answer any questions that we can, though what you see just about covers what we know over here. -------------------- Chris Roper Zipper Interactive --------------------

  25. Okay so with Socom 4 not living up to most the members of IX's expectations we have begun to get more involved in Battlefield. With the new installment only a few months away I was wondering how many members of the UF community play Battlefield? We are looking for a few teams to hook up with and blow some shit up! If your a Battlefield clan looking for a good team to hangout with send me a friend invite on the PSN Savageruin. Or just drop by our site some time. http://www.circleix.com Later Savage
