  2. So I worked as a Meat cutter for awhile at Albertsons here in my town, while working a learned a pretty good way to make Baby Backs and figured I would share. So get your ribs, while at the store you can either keep the ribs full size or you can ask the meat guys to cut them in half and make riblets for you. I personally love the riblets. So get a pan out and and fill it half way with 7-up, sprite or any in store brand that's like those. Get that to a boil then throw in your ribs and let them boil until all the 7-up is gone. While it's boiling you can add in some of your seasonings of your choice. Once done boiling you have two choices, 1 you can leave them in the pan and throw in your BBQ sauce and let that come to a boil. Once it boils they are ready to chow down. You can also take them out and throw them on the BBQ, then sauce them while they are on the grill. I personally do this because it gives it a crisper taste. Once done these things will just fall off the bone, the 7-up makes them very tender and just DELICIOUS~!
  3. Memphis Rub: This is good for your pork ribs and shoulders: 1/4 cup paprika 1 Tablespoon firmly packed DARK brown sugar 1Tablespoon sugar 2Teaspoon salt 2 teaspoons of Accent (MSG) 1 teaspoon celery salt 1 teasppon black pepper 1 teaspoon dry mustard 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon onion powder 1-3 teaspoons cayenne Pepper (Depends on your taste)
  4. For the Super Bowl tonight? I personally have some friends coming over to watch.......got some wild hog meat in the crock pot ........making some jambayalaya and of course some chips and dips with a whole lotta beer.......and were breaking out the projection player to watch the game on the wall.....
  5. what do you feed your pets????i started feeding my dog science diet(horible stuff)when he was a puppy then switched to natural balance(good food) but now i am giving him planet natural organics...(great food) i was just wondering what you feed your pets and also check out this link http://www.naturapet.com/tools/comparison.asp is has probally your dog food which you can match up with a good dog food and check and compare products..... you might puke if when you read what your dog is actually eating. http://www.naturapet.com/tools/comparison.asp and i know you can argue they have been feeding pets that shit for years in the past and they did fine ....but really how much do you love your pets...wouldnt you pay the extra 10 bucks or 5 to get a year or 2 extra time with your pet please get you pets off of a grain based and meat by product diets .....for PETS sake
  6. Funny ass movie. Who saw it, it was funnier than first one. Cock-meat sandwich was so sick!!
  7. I just sat down with a plate of cauliflower and some pork chops that my mom dropped off on her visit over the weekend. And as much as I LOVE pork chops, I couldn't help but wish it was a 30-ounce rib eye. LOL Got me thinking, and I'm all for promoting good get-ta-know-ya's on the forum..... What's YOUR ideal meat for dinner? Mine would have to be the Rib Eye. I love it when it gets cooked at a medium, but enough to where the bone gets a little charred......because as soon as I'm done eating through that thing, I'll sit back, pick up the bone with my hand and just gnaw on that thing until every shred of animal is consumed! LOL No sauce....no ketchup.....no salt n pepper.......if it's cooked right, it doesn't need any of that stuff. What ya guys got? And HOPEFULLY we all won't get hungry reading through this.
  8. It says that all are to have the exact same clan tag....What if a player isn't a sufficient rank to even posses a clan tag?(other then dead meat)
