  1. I was hit crossing the street by a lady that ran a red light, only reason I was able to get any money for medical was to involve a layer. Use your insurance and a lawyer and you will be good... just keep in mind the layer generally takes 30% of your settlement so demand that they cover your legal expenses and do not back down.

I agree she was hit from behind so that guys insurance should cover everything! Your insurance company will fight with them, not you.

Best advice was get your own attorney and feel free to shop around for the best rate there pay comes from the insurance and other guy you shouldn't have to pay for anything!

Problem is most times these things take time & we don't have that much time with life demands, so have patience.

Hope your family is feeling better. Good luck.

  2. To the Directors & Staff of UF

On behalf of TNU I would like to state that we feel that being kicked out of Chosin is the wrong decision. I hope that you will quickly change this ruling because we want to play. To make this decision without talking with Shadow or myself is totally unfair. At no time was a tacmap tourney ever discussed . Shadow on our TNU website in our members section mentioned that he was thinking about starting up a un named tourney again next year for a small COD tourney, because socom has failed to release a patch & DLC, and possibly a socom tourney after the patch & DLC if socom gets it's numbers up again. There was NO conflict with any of the rules as we are not Hosting a Tourney. Having a discussion on our website is not in violation of the rules. I am totally shocked by this, and can say that I am a little disappointed in the new ownership who banned Shadow without giving him a chance to explain.

alright guys, as some of your may or may not know, TNU used to run our own tournament called xxxxx xxxxxxx. XX was ran successfully for 3 years until I got a partner named xxxxx at which time I shut the tournament down. I am considering re-opening xxxxx xxxxxx without xxxxx and am going to start it with a COD MW2 6v6 tourney. This wont be until January and I will also be running a socom tourney along side it if the DLC is out and working correctly.

Before I do anything I wanted to let you guys all know ahead of time to see if there were any issues or concerns ahead of time. Our schedule will be clear and TNU will NOT be placed into any tournaments in XX that they do not want to be in. We will also only be in one tournament at a time so that we do not get overwhelmed again. If there is anything else let me know and Ill answer any questions I can.

I want evry 1 to know that this is a scam we were at every war competing totally convicted to Chosin.

Wow... surprised the socks off of me! ??? Not sure what happened [TNU], nor the specifics but I do want to address one little statement. You did forfeit one match with us, I believe it was because Control points were "beneath" you and didn't bear any weight on the tourney or something to that effect.

But aside from that... Good luck in the future [TNU], it would have been good to compete with you in the semi-finals. 8)

    \

we forfeited because the match had no meaning , no matter who won or lost we were playing 101 on Monday in semi's not because it was beneath us. so please ..

basically we were removed because Shadow was talking about maybe starting CT up again next year ?

and I stress that it was only talk & it was never going to happen this year.. ? someone should of contacted us before the decision was made to have a clear understanding of what was going on..

  4. Hello all,

I wanted to post a thread to let everyone in the Urgent Fury community know that TNU feels

very fortunate to be given an opportunity to compete here. I look foward to getting involved with the forums

and tournaments offered. TNU will be trying to get some scrimmages with the clans here, and I am sure that the top notch clans here will be a challenge . I would like the clans that are not listed in the

Urgent Fury Clan Network - http://www.urgentfury.com/uf_forum/index.php?topic=11941.0

Please leave a link to your site so I can try to set up a scrimmage .. If anyone is looking to set up a scrimmage

please feel free to visit the TNU website. We are always open for wars (any size). We have a war/scrimmage request section.

I don't want to repeat myself, but I want to thank the UF Staff & Community for the opportunity .

TNU looks foward to any matches .. If anyone wants feel free to send a fr. invite on the PSN to: RBtintar1

  5. I guess I should of worded it different ,Cops basically are working for free that what I was getting at.

,and if a cop is working ,and your violating a law ,and the cop tells you to stop , a normal person would stop.If there's more to it then that the person should get what 's coming to him , whether it be a summons ,arrest ,and if the person resists in anyway it usually ends in a butt getting kicked.I guess people can't see that all that kid had to do was stop ,and shut up. It's not about what your right is ,it's about respecting rules ,and in his case a authority figure who was a Police Officer .

  6. NYPD :

Annual base salaries for officers hired during

    January 2006 or after:

Police Academy (first six months): $25,100 (Annualized)

Upon completion of six months: $32,700

    Upon completion of 1 ½ years: $34,000

    Upon completion of 2 ½ years: $38,000

    Upon completion of 3 ½ years: $41,500

    Upon completion of 4 ½ years: $44,100

    Upon completion of 5 ½ years: $59,588

    * These salaries do not include overtime earnings, night-shift differential, holiday pay and uniform allowance.

When including base salary, average overtime and night shift differential, holiday pay, and uniform allowance, a Police Officer earns over $35,000, on average, in the first year; $45,000, on average, in the second year; $77,000, on average, after 6 years

Trust me the pay is not great when compared to the Stress ,Health Risk (Heartattacks, exposure to Disease, etc) & Danger(perps fighting with you ,shooting at you ,or stabbing at you,let alone total hate ,and disrespect) ,because your the only on in there whole life that has ever told them to follow simple rules ,and regulations . Plus you have to watch what you do ,and say everytime your speaking to your peers ,and civilians .Don't Judge a cop before you walk in there shoes ,when you see one thank him or her for there dedication to trying to do the right thing .

  7. I think that you need to look at it like this .There are Rules & Regulations in this world we live in ,and the people that don't abide by them are usually the ones that the Police deal with.

Follow simple Rules and Regulations ,and you won't have a problem with the Police. When I was that kids age if I had even talked backed at all in a way that seemed disrespectful my Dad would of put me in a Hospital. The first time that dummy was told to not call the Officer "dude" he should of realized that, that Officer felt disrespected ,and he should of sat there and shut his mouth ,answer the Cops questions ,and  said sorry ,to the Officer.Kids now a days are wise mouths ,and always pushing to see how far they could go .That kid needed a swift kick in his Arse ,and a summons to go along with it ,Plus I would of Vouchered his skateboard just to prove my point. Cops are hated because when you get caught doing whatever it is you where doing ,you shouldn't of been doing it ,and now it's the Cops fault because he's enforcing the Law (doing his Job) . A little respect goes a long way ! If you Hate Cops ,don't Call them when you become a Victim  .

    Help Make a Difference!

Walk for Autism Research is the signature fundraising event of Autism Speaks and is the nation's largest Walk program dedicated to autism research. Since its inception in May 2000, hundreds of thousands of people have raised tens of millions of dollars in support of autism research.

One of the members of TNU [Kage1997 aka Kieth] is participating in this event and would appreciate any kind of support we can get him. He knows the struggles of raising a child with autism and is doing his part to help support research to make it easier for other parents and children placed with the hardship autism places on families.

Keith has this to say: I will be walking in Autism Speaks' Walk for Autism Research fund-raising event. Together we can make a difference by advancing and accelerating autism research. Every bit counts so what ever you can do works for us, if you cant we understand that also.

Please click the button below to help support a child, a family, and a community who struggles with the challenges of autism everyday:
