    We are looking to hire an enthusiastic Brand Ambassador to be the face and voice of our brand. As a successful candidate, you will be involved in increasing brand awareness and sales by promoting our products through various media channels. You will work closely with our sales and marketing division to achieve its marketing goals and objectives, such as communicating the value of our products to customers, tracking customer feedback, and representing the brand at launches and events.
    To excel in this role, you will have excellent communication and networking skills, and a strong presence on social media. Previous experience as a brand ambassador or similar role is strongly desired, as well as knowledge of sales and marketing principles.
    Brand Ambassador Responsibilities:
    Familiarizing yourself with Urgent Fury’s mission, vision, and goals. Working closely with sales and marketing staff to conceptualize marketing campaigns and strategies. Educating customers, retailers, and distributors about our products. Creating website and social media content to drive brand awareness and attract new customers. Building rapport with customers and vendors. Monitoring customer feedback and escalating complaints to the marketing department. Tracking customer preferences, metrics, and media campaigns. Representing Urgent Fury at product launches, events, and trade shows. Brainstorming ideas and participating in training and workshops. Maintaining a positive image of the brand at all times. Brand Ambassador Requirements:
    Prior experience in a customer service environment a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality. Working knowledge of social media platforms and tools. Adaptable with the ability to prioritize tasks. Ability to travel is a plus but not required.

    We are searching for a driven, detail-oriented content creators to produce high-quality outputs for our community. The content creator will update existing material, generate novel work, and identify new ways to reach consumers. You should also contribute to the shaping of our stylistic guidelines.
    To be a successful content creator, you should focus on appealing to consumers' interests by creating engaging material. Ultimately, an exceptional content creator will promote collaboration between internal stakeholders to ensure consistency in Urgent Fury's outputs.
    Content Creator Responsibilities:
    Writing, producing, reviewing, editing, and updating content for Urgent Fury’s websites, blogs, marketing materials, and similar platforms. Conducting research and interviews to learn more about current trends, developments, and perceptions about the subject matter, and then contextualizing your findings. Assisting the creative team with the design of promotional materials. Collaborating with internal departments to establish campaign objectives, complete tasks, and identify and solve problems. Suggesting new ways to promote Urgent Fury offerings and to reach consumers. Content Creator Requirements:
    Experience creating strong, engaging content. A portfolio of applicable outputs. An understanding of SEO best practices. Demonstrated excellence in writing, proofreading, and editing.     Job Specification
    The Online Community Moderator Lead will implement the Company’s Online Community Moderation Strategy, managing our moderation team, monitoring and moderating user-generated content to ensure that the online community is maintained as a safe and fun environment. This role coordinates with the internal Community Management team to support its mission, ensuring a safe community environment, promoting excellent customer service and helping to cultivate a strong community around Urgent Fury and its Partners.
    Responsibilities
    Moderate our team of moderators across our various platforms. Implement the online community moderation strategy, coordinating with stakeholders across the Company to ensure its effectiveness and providing superior quality of customer service and support to our community with the help of various communication tools Review and moderate all user-generated content and user profiles (either pre-, post- or reactive moderation) within forums, comments, images, videos and audio, liaising with the Legal and Community team where required Manage the banned user process, and track and remove previously banned users Maintain the Moderation Guidelines and ensure they are up to date Service Community Admin accounts, processing emails and complaints, escalating when necessary Moderate communities located in social networking sites including Facebook, Twitter, Discord, Twitch and other similar social media outposts, adapting methodology where appropriate Produce reports on relevant moderation statistics, issues and outcomes Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring moderation and UGC volume, and analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of moderation policy Regularly feed back insights gained from community moderation into the Community team Monitor all industry and company information and news to anticipate potential issues Requirements
