    Job Summary
    We are seeking an enthusiastic, organized, and self-motivated person to assist in the technical support of our eSports tournaments. Tournament administrators are eSports specialists who support players with tournament related issues and work closely with other members of the team to administrate eSports tournaments. Through problem identification, information gathering, in depth knowledge of tournament rules and systems, education, and resolution, tournament admins are required to provide clear, consistent, and exceptional communications to our tournament players.
    Ideal candidates should have excellent interpersonal skills and must be able to troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely customer feedback. They need to talk to customers directly, as well as create written documentation, requiring excellent written and verbal communication.
    Job Responsibilities
    Be the customer-oriented face for the eSports team to administrate eSports tournaments Responsible for contacting players via email/chat platforms to provide rules, clarifications, and communications for eSports tournaments. Identify, create, and collect necessary documentation for players Generate reports regarding player experience, sentiment, and feedback Display a professional, positive, and enthusiastic attitude to employees and players Learn, review, and assist in the further development of tournament policies and procedures Compile tournament data reports Mediate disputes using a perfect knowledge of tournament rule sets Speaking to customers to quickly get to the root of their problem Providing timely and accurate customer feedback Talking customers through a series of actions to resolve a problem Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved Providing support in the form of procedural documentation Managing multiple cases at one time Testing and evaluating new technologies Data entry and interaction with a CRM solution to input and retrieve customer info Requirements

  2. Urgent Fury eSports Caster

    Job Description:
    This position involves commentating over the Urgent Fury tournaments. It is the shoutcaster’s job to both entertain and inform the viewer of the play-by-play actions of the game they are watching. The shoutcaster is required to commentate over every single match for the game that they are selected for. 
     Summary of Duties and Responsibilities of Position
    Must shoutcast every assigned game with exceptions given to informed illness or personal matters that must be attended to The shoutcaster must be a passionate individual who is able to constantly convey the play by play actions of each match to the audience in a way that is understandable to both veteran players and new players The caster must keep a positive image and refrain from showing bias during a match The caster must refrain from using inappropriate language during a broadcast  Qualifications:
    Have shoutcasted/commentated for at least one eSports event in the past Possess an in-depth knowledge for the game the shoutcaster is selected for Passionate and energetic individual with exceptional presentation skills Effective communicator Owning a high-quality microphone and camera is considered an asset Studying in Speech Communications is an asset Required Application Materials:

    We are looking to hire an enthusiastic Brand Ambassador to be the face and voice of our brand. As a successful candidate, you will be involved in increasing brand awareness and sales by promoting our products through various media channels. You will work closely with our sales and marketing division to achieve its marketing goals and objectives, such as communicating the value of our products to customers, tracking customer feedback, and representing the brand at launches and events.
