jagged edges on round objects

I was wondering if someone could help me figure something out. Whenever i create or remove a circular object it is somewhat jagged. Even if i make somthing on an angle it has a small amount of jaggedness on it. Now i know its not the format i save in because i can see it inside while working on the PSD. is there a way to smooth it out or increase the pixel ratio?

If your removing a circle object try using the pen tool or I you could use the blur tool.
