PSP Update help....

Ok, I usually get the network update but the wireless internet over here goes about as fast as this war is.......So, Im downloading it on the hard line. I cant access a site to get directions to put it on my PSP. Can someone help me? I know I turn my psp on and hook it up and put it on USB connection mode but after it downloads, where do I put it on my PSP? Thanks guys....
