Easily, Niners/Falcons. Green Bay is having to face a running game that they have already proven ill-equipped to contain in Frank Gore, and with Kaepernick at QB, that threat has just jumped up a couple levels. In addition, Green bay has not yet faced Kaepernick. On the other side, Aaron Rodgers will have a tough time keeping away from Aldon Smith.
On the other side, the Seahawks greatest strength is the 12th man in Seattle, which they will not have in Atlanta. The Falcons have proven a surprise threat, with an overwhelming offense that tends to dominate at home. Alll the cards are in favor of the no. 1 seed, and I don't see Seattle making it past the Falcons. Not this year, at least.
Why yes, I do watch football.
