But then...It IS public knowledge...ANYONE can walk into a courthouse and look this stuff up in the court histories, maybe not photo's...but they aren't hard to get once you have a name. It's just some guy who has devoted his time to getting paid for researching this SPECIFIC public information.

 

Like the newspapers with births and deaths. Only worldwide and, depeding on your angle, a possible threat to someones safety.
