It basically is alternative start page which contains rows of Iphone-esque icons for websites you visit frequently. Very much like Google Chrome's (And Opera's before it) "Speed Dial" start page, except more customizable. It will let you add your own links and will often suggest an appropriate image if the site has been added before to someone else's desktop.

 

Below is a link to the one I created and am using now. A number of the sites I added forced me to dig around for a suitable image to put in the icon, so there is a little more work involved than it may appear at first. Anyway, enjoy!
