1.There is one Grand Prize, one First Place Prize and three Second Place Prizes available to be won, as follows:

* The Grand Prize winner will receive a Mad Catz Street Fighter X Tekken FightStick Pro (a choice of either Xbox360 or PS3 controller to be provided by winner when responding to winner notification), and a copy of the strategy guide published by BradyGames for the Street Fighter X Tekken game produced by Capcom Entertainment, Inc. and signed by the authors (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) = $180.00).

* The Second Place Prize winner will receive a Mad Catz Street Fighter X Tekken FightPad S.D. (a choice of either Xbox360 or PS3 controller to be provided by winner when responding to winner notification), and a copy of the strategy guide for Street Fighter X Tekken signed by the authors (ARV = $60.00).

* Three Second Place winners will each receive a copy of the Street Fighter X Tekken strategy guide signed by the authors (ARV = $20.00 each).
