Anyone else playing & enjoying the Story Mode? I'm having a blast getting an hour or so in after work each day.

 

I have found the AI to be awesome and ditsy at times as well. How the AI leads shots with the RPG is awesome. How they flank you, drop down into a bunker to slit your throat & other sneaky stuff rocks and I've only played on Normal Difficulty do far.

 

A few times I've had my allies ignore me & the enemy as soon as the drop in and run off into the side of a wall or mountain. Anyone else have this happen?

I have not had any suicidal team members, that is a sign of poor leadership

 

But wait till you set the difficulty to Mercenary, then you will see a whole other game

I'm not good enough to go full Merc :-p

 

I can say I had all my AI dudes run the wrong way and suicide into Acid Sea before I went to work last night... it was funny.

I did the first few missions on Merc yesterday. It did not feel like the challenge increased at all, almost felt easier than Normal.

 

Perhaps it will toughen up in the upper missions.

ohh yeah once you get past the few levels the battles get more intense for sure. Saw loading last checkpoint quite a few times
