Non-Gamer Forum Sig Help!!!

Ok, I've been trying to make my own sig for a non-gaming (Celeb) forum I belong to, but haven't had any luck. I suck at it. So I came here to find some help, because there have been some really good ones made here. Puddy had made a great one for my clans forum for me of Snake Eyes. (Thanks Again)

 

First thing is I'm trying to make the pic below as a pop-up sig like most of the guys have around here. Then i've been trying to come up with some other ideas, but haven't come up with anything good on what to do next with it. If anyone can work there magic with it I would greatly appreciate it. There's no need to add any type of writing on it or anything, that's something I can do without any problems.

 

If anyone knows where I can find a tutorial on how to make the popup sig, please let me know? ;D
