  1. What's wrong with getting a facial? Is this some strange sex term that I am not familiar with or something?

OMG, I just found the definition for a facial in the urban dictionary. OHHHHKAY, let me clarify ... I enjoy facials as defined by Wikipedia, "A facial is a procedure involving a variety of skin treatments, including: steam, exfoliation, extraction, creams, lotions, facial masks, peels, and massage. It is normally performed in a beauty salon but it is also a common spa treatment."

  2. GeneralSarcasm;820818']I'm not sure about squaretrade policies' date=' but I'm sure you can find them on their website. You can get a warranty on "new" items and also on "used" items. The warranties on new items are cheaper, and possibly longer duration.

The latest email offer I got from them says to use coupon code "SANTA" for 20-30percent off. It's pretty easy to go to their website and generate a free quote if you are interested.[/quote']

Never heard of them before. Looks like I'll be purchasing a warranty for the new 4th generation iPod Touch that Santa will be bringing my 8 year old for Christmas! Thanks for the 411!

  3. What do you mean, "No mention of socom4"? It's right there! Here, I'll highlight it for you.

GeneralSarcasm;820611']interesting that they are releasing the new dualshock to coincide with

killzone3 in Feb of 2011. No mention of socom4...

Hi Everyone! There’s been a lot of talk about what shooter games will be like using motion control. We know that some of you gamers might be a bit hesitant to put down the gamepad' date=' but we believe the upcoming PlayStation Move sharp shooter will make motion control for shooter games quite irresistible. Available concurrently with the highly anticipated Killzone 3 in Feb 2011 for $39.99 (MSRP), the sharp shooter is perfect for gamers who want to experience the most realistic action possible. 5246910231_cc7f03b080.jpg

The PlayStation Move sharp shooter houses both the motion controller and navigation controller, giving you complete control over aiming, movement and interaction within the game. It will truly offer the most intuitive and immersive control experience ever found in a shooter game. It was designed for both comfort and precision, including easily accessible buttons, a responsive digital trigger, adjustable shoulder stock and convenient access to the navigation controller. In addition, the sharp shooter has incorporated a firing mode selector, realistic pump-action and a reload button that allow for new ways of engagement.

So what games will you be able to use the PlayStation Move Sharp Shooter with? The PlayStation Move sharp shooter was designed specifically with games such as Killzone 3 and SOCOM 4: U.S. Navy SEALs in mind and even comes with a Killzone 3 and SOCOM 4 sticker pack. Other compatible titles include Time Crisis: Razing Storm and Dead Space Extraction, but you can expect many more upcoming games that will work with it as well.

We have some more peripherals news to share with you. In addition to the PlayStation Move sharp shooter, a new “Jungle Green†DUALSHOCK 3 wireless controller will also be available in February 2011 for $54.99 (MSRP), to coincide with the upcoming launch of Killzone 3. There is already a wide array of colors available in the DUALSHOCK 3 family. Tailored to the core fan, the new “Jungle Green†controller will add yet another option for you to accessorize.

We hope you’re all as excited to get your hands on the PlayStation Move sharp shooter or the “Jungle Green†DS3 controller as we are. Enjoy!

  4. DirtyFeast;820270'].... Would it have been stupid just to add 5 questions ...

... What they could share is what sponsorship does provide. How long it does last. When it is in force. What tournaments are sponsored. What is in a hosting package. What does the ladders get. Does the Zazzle product sell well ....

It would not have been stupid to just add 5 questions. Had you posted, "What does sponsorship provide? How long does it last? When is it in force? What tournaments are sponsored? What is in a hosting package? What does the ladders get? Does the Zazzle products sell well?" I PROMISE you, you would have gotten an entirely different response from this community. You posted in a manner that looked as though you were questioning the integrity of UF. That along with your prior playstation network forum post about gaming sites, including your mention of UF, makes your intentions seem a bit shady and certainly doesn't support the claim of "just to satisfy my curiosity".

All the time spent researching infomation on a community in which you have "no concern about the community" and where "There is no concern ..." on your behalf, isn't logical. Surely you'd agree that people don't put time and effort into causes which don't concern them?

  5. Maybe the third time will be the charm. DirtyFeast, can you please reply to my original post and answer the questions. I have copied my original post below so as to make it easy for you.

DirtyFeast, I'll agree that people do tend to fly off the handle around here. But, that is what family does. They fiercely protect their own when they believe they are under attack. Right or wrong, I'm sure you understand.

I think the real question here is intent. What exactly is your intent by asking those questions?

You stated, " I have never been involved in a clan that participated here. I have never had the interest in participating here." So why the concern about the community and what it does, how it functions, etc?

I don't know you but from your second post, you sound like an intelligent, reasonable individual, so the "interest" in UF and it's "business" from someone who has absolutely no ties to this community is perplexing and causes me to question your motivation and purpose. If your intent was purely informational, then a PM to a director or staff would have been sufficient enough for your personal purposes, especially since those of us who do have ties to this community could very easily ask the same questions (without all the added commentary), if we deemed necessary.

So I ask, what was the purpose of your questions and what was the motivation behind asking them?

  6. Oh and by the way, I personally won the Twitter contest and received my Halloween t-shirt in the mail just this last week. And that information, along with the other two winners Twitter names can be found on UF's home page. ;-) THANKS UF!!

  8. Hey...some people build ships in bottles. I follow the Twitter streams of hot gamer girls, whom I've never met.

Feel free to follow me as well. I mean, I'm no Brody Jenner (can you imagine being the Kardashian sisters' stepbrother...oy vey), but I've been told my Tweets are somewhat entertaining (albeit annoying). ;-)

    #justsaying

LOL! Ok, so I follow Brody Jenner. Don't hate!
