THE FENCE = ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION. EZ PASS LANES MAKE THINGS FASTER. THEY GO OVER FENCE, INSTEAD OF FILING REGULAR IMMIGRATION PAPERS. making it faster, hence it's the EZ pass lane for immigration. BTW sorry for the caps.
