This forum makes a lot of queries to external sources. When one of those queries times out, this forum also times out, leaving you with a half empty page. Its a common thing in forums with ads and traffic tracking features on them. Doesn't happen too often, but I can see why it would get a bit annoying for some.

One suggestion would be to check out enjin.com

Its a CMS based system. They have a lot of useful modules and cool templates you can put on your page.

Only thing though, with the free version, they will put a big'ol ad on your page. Their cheapest paid package is around 8 bucks a month and they have a $30 a month one that will remove all enjin branding and allow you to use your own custom url.

This of course would be your best way of having a page if you don't want to go through the hassle of purchasing a hosting package, having to FTP files to your server to update and unless your site has a built-in editor, you'll have to also FTP into your server and make changes that way. Just seems like a lot of steps to maintaining a site and for someone who's never done it before, it can all be a bit confusing. With Enjin, you just login as admin and you make your changes to your site in real time right from the site itself.

Can't remember if that was Riot Act or Crucible, but yes, I do remember shotguns only domination in crash. Taking B was a biiiiiiitch. That's gotta be the best scenario game I've ever experienced here in all the tournaments I've been in. My clan at that time even continued playing out that same scenario game in private clan matches for a very long time afterwards.

I have to agree, I'm excited for some of the older maps. Crash was one of the best maps ever... you had 4 buildings you can shot from and all 4 focused on the main action around the chopper. Domination tournament games where you had to capture B were very intense. Overgrown was an awesome S&D map!

Np! But if you do try the manual removal yourself, you have to be very very very careful that you don't remove and registry entries that are needed by your computer. A small mistake will cause you even more headaches, so proceed with extreme caution if you will attempt to remove it manually AND only use this method as a last resort ;D

You may have to remove it manually if adware is not detecting it. First though, try running malware in safe mode with no internet connection. That way only the core files will be running, allowing malware a better chance of detecting the vista guardian thing before it interferes with the scan.

If that still doesn't work, just do a search on google and get a list of the .dll and .exe files of it and also the registry entries. Then you can go through your C drive and delete those files manually to remove it.

Nika, I have tried to recreate this issue, but have not been able to. I will continue to test this and see if I can find out the cause.

It might just be the PC that I'm on. I'll see if this happens on other computers as well and post back before more time is put into trying to figure something out that may just happen on one individual computer.

Yep, but open it and close it and then hit the back button to go to the previous page that you were viewing and see how many times it takes you to get back hitting the back button.

I'm a former iPhone user now sporting the Droid. Not to say the iPhone is bad, but I have had it since it came out and was just looking for a new gadget to play with. I must say that I am not disappointed at all about switching and do not miss my iPhone at all. Not that the Droid is better, but I do believe each phone has their pros and cons. The onscreen keyboard on the Droid does seem a bit more crunched. I tend to hit the period instead of the spacebar at times and I'm not fond at all about the slideout keyboard, but aside from that, I have no other complaints about the Droid. Not to mention that there's a great app called PDAnet from the market that you can use to tether. I always carry my laptop around with me and now with my phone, I can use my phone's connection on my laptop and go on the internet anywhere I am. The speed is absolutely amazing and pages load super quick on my laptop tethering.

I find this offensive. Many do not. But for those that don't, put yourself in the shoes of a parent who has a child with down syndrome and then someone takes a direct shot at you and your child and then you let me know if it won't affect you.

Cool toy, but like was stated before, it is just a iPod Touch on steroids. I don't see this as being a must have for anyone. And for $500 starting price, I don't really think its worth it. Still no multitasking and who really uses iWorks? Most people who read eBooks already have a Kindle and most people already have a MP3 player, iPhone/Touch or some other type of multimedia device that does everything the iPad does now. I think its a cool thing to have if you have the money to waste, but at least not something that I will be itching to get.
