The devotion of the SOCOM community will be rewarded by an upcoming half-assed patch, Rogers promises. While the Slant Six team has been largely quiet about progress on the patch (otherwise they know they're lying), he says the massive scale shit of a patch has led to an extended testing cycle. With the false promise of DLC in the future, it's clear that SOCOM addicts will find even more reason to play other games for a long time.

LeBron was dunked on during a pick-up game by Jordan Crawford, a sophomore from Xavier, at LeBron's skills camp Monday night. 2 reporters video-tapped the event which is 'supposedly' against Nike skills camp policy.

The issue is that Nike says it has been their policy for 20 years that after-hours pick-up games are not allowed to be recorded, the controversy is that Nike has never stated this policy before.

Yeah' date=' we got a lot of that over at GB, but after two years of driving clans into the ground it finally stopped. I am not surprised to find it here at all either and we are more than happy to prove ourselves to everyone. We are not arrogant per say, I would say very confident. For a lack of a better term, we are "Perfect" and want to move to a new place to kick some clans around and prove ourselves.

No offense bud, but like everyone else above has said, you need to earn that respect before it is granted. You can not expect to walk into our home and ask everyone to bow to you or even to give you recognition, you have to earn it bro...and making it difficult for yourself doesn't help that.

Just don't use any sugar. Go to your local health food store and buy a bag of pure cane sugar. It's light brown and is in little square granules, bigger than regular white sugar granules. You might be able to find the stuff at your local grocer as well, particular places like Trader Joe's.

You can either rim the glass with the granules as they are, or grind them down into a consistency compared with white sugar and then rim the glasses. Either way, it's better tasting and if you use the granules as is, it adds a texture on the tongue with each sip and leaves something sweet in your mouth that really adds to the flavor of the actual drink.

I've used this diet twice and am getting ready to do it a third time. The program goes 28 days. The idea of the diet revolves around the Atkins principles and utilizes mostly casein protein and fish oils all day. You only get to eat 1 solid meal once a week to 2 weeks. Depends upon your customized plan.

This diet is a man-maker, its not for the weak-minded or those without discipline

I get to go the fight for free, I have an extra ticket for the men's final judging and my best friend has an extra for the fight, it worked out because the tickets are similar in value.

Will anybody else be attending? I might be working part-time for American Bodybuilding/Optimum Nutrition and I'll definitely be there.

How about attendees to the UFC fight? Anybody going to be in Columbus for that?
