DSL Emergnecy

ok this girl just got DSL and her grandmother is the main user of the CPU and they got verizon DSL (Upgraded froom dialup and arent using AOL nemore)

 

They had a conncection to the internet but the g-mom couldntplay the games on pogo....it would open and say loading but you couold go over 20 minutes and it still was loading but the (AIM) was working aswell as anyother website.

 

so i deleted the cookies and stuff..clean it up a little....still didnt work..i added a connection..(broadband) and now the internet doesnt work at all....no matter whic connection i use..aol dial up broad band america online...nothing.....it says your not connected. what do i do..... someone please help.

Try un hooking everything......modem, power source ect...let your modem reset...about 5 mins, plug all back in and see what ya got......if this does not work, delete your modem or w/e and reload......might help.

I had that problem with pogo a while back. Did you turn off your pop up blocker? For some reason pogo will not work if it is on. Now your internet just go back to your old connection and everything should work for you just make sure when your on pogo your pop up blocker is off.
