It's a pity the weather is so nice out here in the Bay Area, because all I want to do right now is have a controller in my hand. Battlefield 3 lands in under 48 hours (don't forget: PS3 owners get <a href="http://blog.us.playstation.com/2011/09/22/battlefield-3-expansions-to-hit-ps3-first-open-beta-on-psn-929/">first crack at the game's DLC packs</a>); look for reviews of that, as well as next week's greatly anticipated <a href="http://blog.us.playstation.com/tag/uncharted-3-drakes-deception/">Uncharted 3 </a>to hit this week. The PSN is <a href="http://blog.us.playstation.com/tag/only-on-psn/">bursting with exclusive games</a>, and you can add <a href="http://blog.us.playstation.com/tag/pixeljunk-sidescroller/">PixelJunk Sidescroller</a> and <a href="http://blog.us.playstation.com/tag/infamous-festival-of-blood/">inFAMOUS: Festival of Blood</a> to that list on Tuesday. And I'm still just a few hours into the excellent Batman: Arkham City. It's truly the best time of the year.

 

Shame about all that unused sun out there.
